I mean, it's not wrong. In the cyberpunk universe, chickens are illegal due to diseases. If you are caught with one, it's a serious fine, because these diseases are able to transfer to humans and cause outbreaks and quarantines.

If I were smart enough to do that, I’d be smart enough to manage my time properly so that I wouldn’t need more time to do the assignment But I’m not, which is why I never do the assignments and instead opt for the 100%-of-my-grade test at the end of each year

Please, don't use these tactics. The teachers probably want to get the assignment over with just as much as you do. It is far easier to work with them than against them.
